Welcome to Gutsa Mobile Luxury Cleaning (Pty) Ltd , Premium Mobile Cleaning Services, Carwash, Car Detailing and Removals, Cape Town South Africa, Western Cape. By accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered.
Mobile Luxury Cleaning provides cleaning services in residential and commercial spaces, including general house cleaning, office cleaning, laundry washing ,carwash services , yard cleaning & maintenance.
2a.Payment Terms.
- Payment is required before the commencement of any cleaning services.
- We accept cash and debit/MasterCard payments via a portable card machine brought to your location. NB: (Cashless Payments Are Recommended) A payment link with our bank will be provided to you alongside the invoices and other necessary documents to which you can easily pay online in the comfort of your own home.
- A booking is secured only upon successful payment.
2b.Pricing and Payment.
All pricing is subject to change and may vary based on custom requests or additional services. All transactions will be conducted in South African Rands (ZAR).
3. Cancellation Policy.
Clients may cancel their appointments up to 24 hours in advance . Cancellations may incur a R100 charge administration fee.
4. Client Responsibilities.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that access to the cleaning site is provided.
- Any pets should be secured before the cleaning team arrives.
5. Liability.
Mobile Luxury Cleaning strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any damages or loss of personal property unless caused by our negligence.
6a. Governing Law.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of South Africa and by agreeing you will be subjected to The Mobile Luxury Cleaning T&Cs.
6b.Regulatory Compliance.
Mobile Luxury Cleaning Co. operates in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of South Africa, including but not limited to:
-The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA): Ensures responsible handling of personal data.
-Consumer Protection Act (CPA): Protects consumer rights and outlines responsibilities for service providers.
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act: Governs employment conditions and rights of workers.
7. Service Quality.
We guarantee that all services will be performed by trained professionals using high-quality products. Should you encounter any issues with service quality, please inform us within the specified timeframe for resolution .
8. Subscription Cancellation.
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time for a charge of R100. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our website's contact details. Cancellation will not be applicable if part of the services in the package has already been provided.
9. Rescheduling Policy.
Customers may reschedule their services within the subscription at no charge, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Mobile Luxury Cleaning reserves the right to deny the rescheduling should we be fully booked for the required new date/s .
10. Zero Tolerance for Abuse.
Mobile Luxury Cleaning maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior directed towards our team members. This includes but is not limited to verbal abuse, physical threats, intimidation, or any actions that may compromise the safety and well-being of our employees.
11. Definition of Abuse.
Any behavior that is deemed disrespectful, aggressive, or hostile towards our team members will be classified as abuse. This includes offensive language, gestures, or any conduct that creates a hostile working environment.
12.Reporting Abuse.
Team members are encouraged to report any instances of abuse immediately to management. Such reports will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly .
13.Response to Abuse.
Mobile Luxury Cleaning reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund to any customer who is found to have engaged in abusive behavior towards our team members. This decision is at the discretion of management and will be based on the severity and nature of the incident.
14.Legal Action.
In cases of severe abuse, Mobile Luxury Cleaning may pursue legal action to protect our employees and the integrity of our business.
15.Modifications.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
For your convenience, we have prepared a formal document for you to review and sign , the document will be accompanied by the invoice.
Sign Terms and Conditions (In The Booking Forms by agreeing “Yes”, in the box provided).
By agreeing “Yes”, in the signature box in your booking form, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
